Moves the controls under the video and makes the UI look like it was before august 2015
I've tried to replicate this, and it all seems to work for me. But I couldn't test it with the latest version of chrome (can't update or install chrome for some reason).
Do you have any other scripts/styles installed? If so, try disabling all of them and see if the problem continues. If it does, then a screenshot can be very useful to me...
I've also rewritten the script a little (to make it more readable to me), perhaps that solved the problem by accident?

Don't work anymore
The progress bar is now under the windows edge.
