Google - Multiple columns of results, Remove "Sponsored Links", Number results, Auto-load more results, Remove web search dialogues, Open external links in a new tab, self updating and all configurable from a simple user dialogue.

SearchPreview and favicon are gone once logon
I'm using firefox so addons still work in private mode, I think it shouldn't be addon-related issue? I tried to play a little with google it's own search settings, no luck at all
