Would it be possible to add support for the stupid Bing searchid that gets appended to results? It looks like this:
?msclkid=2d80e44db5d211ec8e6e1e3820d57f12
It's just for tracking, and it doesn't always show up in Bing's search results, but when it does, it causes problems.
