Adds an interface to queue up actions based on triggers you set

I see there is a way to download or import an action list but for some reason, i dont see anywhere to save my current list so i can recall it for use later. Am I just missing this option somewhere? I am using the Steam Version if that matters.
There should be a "download action list" button next to the "import action list" button
