### Propósito
Este script es el módulo central de librería para el **WME Place Normalizer**. Contiene el motor principal de lógica para procesar, limpiar, estandarizar y aplicar reglas de negocio a los nombres de los lugares.

### Uso
Esta librería no está diseñada para ser instalada directamente. Es invocada a través de la directiva `@require` por el script `WME_PLN_core_loader.js`.

### Funciones Principales
* `processPlaceName()`: Orquesta el flujo completo de normalización.
* `applySwapRules()`: Mueve palabras clave al inicio o final del nombre.
* `normalizeWordInternal()`: Aplica reglas de capitalización y formato a palabras individuales.
