set a --pin-color CSS variable to allow for CSS customization, rather than set the style for each pinned thread inline

- Script loads sooner (on DOM Ready rather than page load which waits for all external elements)
- Pins are preserved after using "Sort by"
- Moved the "Pin Settings" button so it's not stuck between "Search" and the text box
