Bugfixes. Only display the reset button if there is play history that might need to be cleared (so if the script correctly detects a new game has started it will not redundantly show the button).

Prevent error on interstitial pages.

Adds a button to allow manual resetting of the script data in case you started a new game in a way the script cannot detect.

Manually initialize cheatGameData and add additional logging. T_T

Fix bug keeping all players from being tracked. Fix bug adding your played cards to the pile after you were accused of cheating but weren't cheating. Add console.logs to help debug other issues.
