Added an option for a snooze for one video, added a window that blocks window instead of instant redirect, added a hourly check.

Added 2 minutes to check time due to API lag and made active time between 5am to 11pm

Made it so it only checked the API on the hour except for the first time

Changed API to update every hour, 3 seems too long

Updated API to check every 3 hours
