An actual update to fix the percentages since css changes onsite.

Updated to reflect CSS changes to the Solitaire pages.

Added support for Pyramids to prevent double-clicks, ending game early, and showing win rate.

Tweaked handling of collect winnings safeguard.

Added safe-guard button to prevent accidentally collecting winnings. When the end early button is clicked a brief pause will occur before the normal Collect Winnings link is uncovered to be used as normal.

Added double-click protection.

Corrected issue related to not handling commas properly.
