removed "powered by blogger" check and added a possibly more robust way to detect if website is a blogspot site.

re-added improved "Powered by Blogger" detection (to check if site is a blogger sites), should still work on non-english blogspots as well.

1.2 - reverted back code due to "Powered by Blogger" not being detected correctly
