Legal Acts Finder — Polished Sidebar
Detects mentions of legal Acts & Rules on any webpage, removes duplicates, and fetches direct PDF links (or falls back to Google search). Provides a smooth, theme-aware slide-out sidebar (collapsed by default), draggable along the right edge. Features include:

Automatic detection of Acts/Rules in page text

Direct PDF lookup via polite background queue

Batch open PDFs with confirmation & delay

Expandable list of individual PDFs

Responsive & smooth UI (max 30% width, min 250px)

Theme-aware (light/dark based on browser)

Keyboard shortcut (Alt + Shift + L) to toggle sidebar

Collapsed tab (‹) and close button (✕)

If no Acts are found, a fallback Google search link is shown.
