minor metadata changes

added more domains and languages

Added auto refetch when changing sizes/colors of items because it's possible that different merchants sell different colors/sizes. Keep in mind that frequent changing can cause amazon servers to temporarily block the country fetching from your client.

-hotfix for US html layout

-Replaced broken flag API.
-Vendor detection broken due to Amazon html layout change - fixed.
