Leverages the YouTube Detailed Timecode user script by Charlie Laabs and adds quality of life improvements for timing IL speedruns using the YouTube player.

Features

The script will display the current time of the video to the nearest millisecond.

The script will display the current frame number and FPS to the right of the YouTube time display on the bottom of the player

Ability to define start and endpoints for a clip within a video and automatically calculate elapsed time of that clip
UI for frame advance (instead of just keyboard shortcuts)
