Highlights usernames of previous commenters at the start of replies, so that they are clearly distinguishable from the actual response. Mentions of the OP and replies by them are highlighted in a special way. Mentions of users that changed their display names cannot be recognized. (For full description, see beginning of userscript.)

Note: Currently, the script only works in browser tabs whose URL that was first visited in that tab in the same browser session was a YouTube video page, not if it was, e.g., a channel page. That's because of the pushState() API. Starting with a video page, then navigating to a channel page, then to a video page, does work because the comment section's DOM element stays the same.
