This script checks the following:
#130 - Bad street names that need to be corrected or removed.
#131 - Streets that have a state other than Nebraska set (basemap issue).
*MAKE SURE to uncheck "Exclude Other drivable and Non-drivable" so that Private Roads are reported.
*With at least version 1.1.15 of the main Validator, I also recommend unchecking "Exclude non-editable segments"
as I see editable segments falsely get excluded.
