Implements an "ignore user" function on the gw2wvw.net forum, along with enhancements:
* Fixes and improves forum post quotes nesting and hiding.
* Adds a plus/minus sign image indicator for the quote boxes' closed/open states.
* Makes quoted usernames clickable to toggle the closed/open state.
* In a multi-quote wall of text post, the first quote is open, and all others are closed, when the page loads.
* Overlays some CSS styling site-wide, to improve readability.
IMPORTANT Note: To eliminate page style flickering during the first seconds of page load/reload, also install the GW2WvW.net PvF Expansion Pack CSS with the Stylish extension. That userstyle is the same CSS that is included in this userscript package, but Stylish is faster at applying the CSS part of the code.
