Implements an "ignore user" function on the gw2wvw.net forum, along with enhancements:
* Fixes and improves forum post quotes nesting and hiding.
* Adds a plus/minus sign image indicator for the quote boxes' closed/open states.
* Makes quoted usernames clickable to toggle the closed/open state.
* In a multi-quote wall of text post, the first quote is open, and all others are closed, when the page loads.
* Overlays some CSS styling site-wide, to improve readability.
