This script provides a persistent, draggable task list window for Milky Way Idle to help track your goals.

Core Features:

Manage tasks: Add, edit (double-click text), check off, and delete.
Drag-and-drop: Use the ☰ handle to reorder tasks or move them between sections.
Sections: Includes Global, Completed, and up to 3 customizable sections. Configure names via the Task Sections Settings toggle.
Minimize/Maximize: Collapse the list using the "Hide" button or expand it using the Show button (starts minimized).
Positioning: Drag the window's title bar (or the minimized label) to place it anywhere.
