Added a toggle to hide/show prices popup

Removed legacy code

Rewritten the prices popup component thanks to Rosti [2840742].
After price fill shows 5 lowest positions with quantity X price currently for this item on market which can be dragged around & positions can be clicked to replace the current price.

Added net prices (after tax cut) for the last 5 positions popup.

Separated Price delta's from Bazaar Filler, so that you can set different ones for each script

Fixed price modifier (priceDelta) not affecting median price

[Style] Reduced font size for the price inputs

Temporary hotfix to avoid wrong prices

Improved detection of V2 API being OFF.

Now shows lowest 5 prices in a tooltip on price fill click.

Holding fill button for 2 seconds now opens up dialogs to set Price Delta & Api Key.
