Makes cs.rin.ru "Donors" user rank/group glow in yellow.
Have you ever felt that RIN/Steam Underground donors deserve to be more highlighted, beyond a simple gold colour? Now you can add a little yellow animated glow to their names, which makes them stand out a bit more.
This works and applies to:
*Names within threads (and any other phpBB feature that uses this format, e.g PMs)
*Names in the list of topics (and any other phpBB feature that uses this format, e.g. the usergroups list)
*Names in the list of online users
*Member profiles
The effect achieved is similar to the coloured/animated names of more modern forums members, applied, for example, to VIP users, mods, admins, donors like in this case, and so on.
