• When clicked, video player links (those that appear in-line on old.reddit.com) now no longer force re-direction back to the old Reddit version of the page. They now take you to the new Reddit version of the page as normal and let you stay there so you can watch the video.
• Added href modifications to the notifications page, when clicking notifications from there you are now directly taken to the old Reddit versions of the page, instead of being taken to the new ones and then redirected to old.

• Changed license to GPL.
• Changed description.
• Rewrote the entire code to have same intended behavior but no longer rely on new.reddit.com (as it no longer works).
• As a result also fixed an old bug where it'd double redirect resulting in longer loading times that I didn't bother to fix for months cause I'm lazy.

- Added redirections from old.reddit.com to new.reddit.com in case users somehow stumble onto old.reddit.com pages that aren't post pages.
- Added a direct redirect from reddit.com to new.reddit.com.

Corrected the redirect functionality in case href replacement fails.

2.0 - Changed the code to modify href links on the page instead of using redirects where possible, for a more seamless and faster experience.
