Detects mentions of legal Acts & Rules on any webpage, removes duplicates, and fetches direct PDF links (or falls back to Google search). Provides a smooth, theme-aware slide-out sidebar (collapsed by default), draggable along the right edge. Features include:
Direct PDF lookup via polite background queue
Batch open PDFs with confirmation & delay
Expandable list of individual PDFs
Theme-aware (light/dark based on browser)
Collapsed tab (‹) and close button (✕)
If no Acts are found, a fallback Google search link is shown.
