Ties now break streaks.

Changes how streaks are handled so that two consecutive ties will break your streak but a single tie will not. Adds logging of your current recorded streak to ease troubleshooting. (Log does not show on new game screen, but if you are good at JS you can access local storage to view it yourself on any page.)

Now ties do not have any effect on your streak count (a tie does not reset your streak but also does not add to it).
