Added "Read mm/yyyy" auto-tag (can help find recently read fics or see psuedo stats on reading habits)

code tidying. while exact same code works like a peach in AO3 Bookmark Maker (Adds title, author, workID, summary to bookmark notes automatically), it fails here. still trying to figure out why....

instead of creating a "complete" auto tag, a word count tag is only added if a fic is complete.

please note still not series functionality, sorry! working on it.
also code breaks entirely if there is no summary.

Also sorry I had my own personal settings from how I'm updating from my old to my new system!!! Should be good for normal use now!

added auto WIP/Complete tag functionality

Added possibility of having Read: date at the end of all bookmarks notes each time the bookmark is updated. This is currently commented out.

Added collapsible element capability as well as automatic tag capability.
Have it set to automatically add word count range tags (<1K words, 1-5K words, 5-10K words, 10-20K words, 20-40K words, 60-100K words, >100K words) and hide fic info (title, author, summary, and workID) in collapsed element.

Modified bookmark maker to be based off the title and author variables instead of "Summary:"
Reformatted the fic info in the bookmark notes to lose the heading formatting + make it easier to read.
