highlighter: config ui overhaul, removing comma seperated lists

Significant improvement to implementation. No new features for end user but should be much less error-prone.

Feature to highlight messages based on username

Finally fixed the bug where all messages were highlighted when no trigger words had been added.

Feature to only have sound and popups from one account (so you don't get spammed when having alts open.)

Morgan-proofing trigger word input

Changed config defaults, tidied config calls, added popup notifications.
