Adds shift + enter, tab, shift + tab, ctrl+k/c, ctrl+k/u support to cosmos data explorer textarea.
The default text pad for azure cosmos data explorer has no support for tab, shift+enter, commenting, uncommenting, or shift+tab.

| shift + enter | adds a new line (return) |
| tab | adds 4 spaces at the cursor or in front of the selection |
| shift + tab | removes 4 spaces just before the cursor or in front of the selection if 4 spaces exist |
| ctrl + k / c | adds // at the cursor or in front of the selection |
| ctrl + k / u | removes // just before the cursor or in front of the selection if // exist |
