Bypasses the derefer link interstitial for external links on 4chan
Bypasses the "Redirecting you to whatever.com" interstitial when you click an external user link on 4chin. Basically this removes the derefer part and makes user links point directly to where you're going.
Also adds a no-referrer policy so you don't actually leak your referrer to those external sites.
