code cleanup, now using URLSearchParams for a massive simplification of the whole logic
updated jQuery version while we're at it

you can now set the script to link you to the newest tags, rather than the oldest (either on the first or the last pages of the bin)
the order of parameters in the URL was changed to put the status=unwrangled always at the end. this resolves some interference where other scripts' @match assumes that status is always last
