Adds buttons to relationship edit tag pages to autofill synonym field from tagged characters

Added features:- In cases where the tag name is already correct, ticks the Canonical checkbox instead- Can optionally keep all disambiguations by checking the Disambiguate checkbox (useful for crossover relationships)
Enabled functionality on zero-use non-canonical tags when Category is saved as Relationship.
