Refactoring

Removed jQuery depedency, stopped linking to Google for favicon, and hopefully made it more resilient to Startpage changing its internal class names

Updated for new Startpage layout

Change match to work on more Startpage URLs (for instance, the EU servers)

Removed debug console log messages
