Any new entries that you add to your list will added to your Plan To Watch/Read list.

The script is executed only when an anime/manga page that isn't on your list yet is opened.
By default when you click on "Add to List" MAL adds the entry to your watching/reading list, but with this script the entry will be added to your PTW/PTR list.
