Prevent subscribe popup from appearing when changing solution method (eg. setting method to "Gaussian elimination" in the query "3x+5y=-37, 4x+7y=19")

refactor: added 'window.' prefix to global variables

Improved experience:

- Step by step solutions don't appear locked before all steps are available
- If not logged in, show steps button will flash the warning to indicate signing in is required
- Tooltips telling you to upgrade do not appear on buttons
- Added script info/version and GreasyFork link to warning
- Added logging for debug purposes
