Simple script to draw warp circles around your homeworld to serve as reference lines.
At TURN #001 of a new game, creates a note object using the "MapDraw" format for
3 warp circles around your HomeWorld @ 81 (green), 162 (green), and 243 (yellow) ly.
A fourth circle in red is drawn at 450ly, which is usually about the distance you can
expect to find your neighbors' HomeWorld locations.
Functionally, uses code blocks from Map Draw and Show Notes.
