Adds external links section to MU's series info page, with Anime-Planet, MAL, MangaDex, MangaFox, MangaHere, KissManga, MangaPark, DynastyScans, AniDB, and Anilist.
Mangaupdates External Links2 is a slightly modified version projectinfinity's "Manga-Updates External Links" script from https://gf.qytechs.cn/en/scripts/19820-manga-updates-external-links
Which is modified version poligrafowicz's "B-U Manga links" script.

I added a few new sites now that batoto has closed down.
There is still an error in the script I could not fully fix. A workaround was to add a "broken" entry that points to 0.0.0.0
"Dynasty Scans" is mainly for Yuri.
