Fixes some Tinychat room shortcomings and adds useful features.

Until the original author updates some very needed features, I'm sharing my own edition. This version should:
- Fix visual bugs.
- Hide spam messages: Repeated messages (optional), excess newlines.
- Very long messages are trimmed.
- Adds an option to auto-hide new cams.
- Adds an ignore list that auto-hides cam by nickname.
- Open-mic with a middle-mouse button click on the talk button.
- Remove the PRO blur nonsense.
- Talking (mic) indicator for every camera.
