Worked around for inaccurate subscription count

Bugfix auto-expand subscription links setting was not taken into account. Whoops...

Fixed defocusing subscription link if auto-expanded

Added auto expand collapsed links (configurable in script code). Cleaned up a few code.

Navigation to video page has been changed to a fresh page loading due to site changes. YouTube really doesn't like users to skip loading the user's/channel's Home tab.

Made links count be auto updated on clicking an updated link. Fixed ineffective showLinksCount script setting.

Added display of the number of updated & total links following the "SUBSCRIPTION" section label

Changed setting name from moveNewLinksToTop to moveUpdatedLinksToTop. Added new UncollapseUpdatedLinks setting for uncollapsing updated links, so that updated links are always visible by default.
