Gather which subreddits you are subscribed to

Make your way to your subreddits on your old account after you install the script. It will then give you a pop up box with a list of your subreddits. Copy what is in this box, and put it somewhere you will be able to find it. It will then prompt you to disable the script. Do so by clicking the GreaseMonkey etc icon and disable the script "GatherSubs for Reddit". Then install the other half of this script here.
