TVTropes decided the best method for preventing people from using NoScript on their site was to be obnoxious about it. So I hunted down exactly what was causing it. Do note that I haven't thoroughly tested whether the script that contains the code that does this crap is vital to anything else functioning on the site so there may be other stuff that doesn't work properly. However the site should function better than if you have NoScript enabled for the site and no worse than when Javascript is disabled for the site.
