[SteamGifts] Additional giveaway search tools

Fixes header to the top of the page so it "moves with it" and adds a search input to it. In addition, adds a "more like this" button close to giveaway's image for searching by item (same as small icon close to the game's name, but more usable).

FEATURES

  • Fixes header to the top of the page so it "moves with it".
  • Adds a search input to the header to search giveaways by name.
  • Adds a "more like this" button next to a giveaway's image for searching by item in the giveaway list view.
  • Adds a "more like this" button under the giveaway's image for searching by item in the giveaway detail view.
  • Fully compatible with Nandee's "Extended SteamGifts" userscript.
