Remove link-click tracking from reddit

Reddit has added automatic affiliate redirects for all links on their site. They have also added outbound tracking of clicks.
There exists an opt-out in per-user reddit settings, but it previously was broken.
And even if it did work, it requires a reddit account.
viglink itself has an opt-out, but this doesn't prevent links from redirecting through them in the first place.
This userscript disables the redirect through viglink & outbound tracking for all reddit links by replacing the redirect url with the original url.
Compatible with RES "Never Ending Reddit" (newly loaded links are scrubbed too).
