Hide specified works on AO3

Please use https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/28782-ao3-savior-config to set your blacklists and other preferences. You can still define a config block at the top of this file if you really want, but then you'll have to replace it whenever you update the userscript. It's a pain.
Be sure that both this userscript and the -config one are enabled in Tampermonkey/Greasemonkey.
With your config now stored in a separate file, you can safely set this script to auto-update.
