Description

This userscript adds a floating toolbar to YouTube videos to help you capture, label, and export detailed timestamps.

✨ Features

  • 🕒 Set and label:
    • Start / End times
    • Query time
    • Up to 3 Target intervals
  • 💾 Persist saved rows in local storage across sessions
  • 📤 Export all saved rows as a .csv file
  • 🧹 Automatically resets timestamps when navigating to a new video
  • 🧠 Timestamp formatting with milliseconds for precise labeling

📋 Fields in CSV export:

videoURL YouTube video link
label Custom label you provide
startTime Start timestamp
endTime End timestamp
queryTime Query timestamp
targetStartTime 1st target interval start
targetEndTime 1st target interval end
targetStart2 2nd target interval start (optional)
targetEnd2 2nd target interval end (optional)
targetStart3 3rd target interval start (optional)
targetEnd3 3rd target interval end (optional)

🔧 How to Use

  1. Open any YouTube video.
  2. A toolbar will appear at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click buttons like Set Start, Set Query, etc., to capture timestamps.
  4. Edit the label if needed.
  5. Click Save Row to store the annotation.
  6. Click Download CSV to export all saved rows.
