A Tampermonkey script that allows users to automatically hide Reddit posts containing specific keywords or posted by specific users. This helps in filtering out unwanted content and improving the browsing experience.

Features

  • Automatically hides posts containing specified keywords.
  • Blocks posts from specified users.
  • Provides a pop-up menu for easy customization.
  • Settings are saved and persist after browser restarts.
  • Open the settings menu using:
    • The button in the bottom-right corner (⚙️).
    • The keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Z.
  • Close the settings menu using:
    • The Esc key.

Usage Guide

  1. Click the ⚙️ button in the bottom-right corner or press Ctrl + Z to open the settings menu.
  2. Add keywords (one per line) to filter posts containing those words.
  3. Add usernames (one per line) to block posts from specific users.
  4. Click the Save button to apply the changes, or press Esc to close the settings menu and ignore the changes.
  5. Refresh the webpage, and the script will automatically hide matching posts.
