Send URLs to JDownloader using Click'n'Load 2 functionality and close OCH page.

Worked great but megaup no longer seems to work. Unsure how to post any errors but it seems to go to JDownloader just fine, but in JDownloader once I start the download it states error: "Try restarting the link (plugin outdated?)"
