GC Shalane's Pyramids Game Helper and Keyboard Controls

This script adds keyboard controls and helper functions for Grundo's Cafe Pyramids Game.

Use left arrow or enter key to Start a Game or Play Again buttons.
Highlights playable cards and activates arrow controls (left=top playable, up=second playable) for up to 4 playable cards.
If no playable cards, left arrow will reveal top card and highlight deck in red.
Optionally can always use enter key to reveal top card even if there are playable cards.
If game is over and no playable cards, left arrow will collect winnings.
Displays list and keyboard controls at bottom of playable area for reference.
