This script allows the download of videos and images from Facebook and Instagram stories by placing a button in the upper area of a story (the area where the username, mute button, and extra options are located).
You only need to click the button to execute the download, and the file will be downloaded with the username and the download date (without the time).
For performance reasons during page loading, a 1-second delay was set before the function that creates the button is executed. This is because if not all elements load in time, the code breaks. Until I come up with a more "elegant" way to solve the problem, this is the solution the script has. If you experience longer load times, feel free to adjust the setTimeout duration!
