buttons no longer visible in video reddit posts, needs to be fixed

The download buttons were never visible in video posts. It's been in the README since the beginning that the script doesn't work with videos, or at least not at the moment due to me not figuring it out. Unless what you meant were gif posts? But those are different from videos and act the same as photos so those should be functioning just the same, as far as I know.

The description said "Adds buttons to easily download images/videos from Reddit" I didn't read anything else and went ahead with it that's why I thought it was supposed to show up on video posts as well

That's a fair point. Probably should change that since the videos haven't been functional really ever in the life of the extension, or just take another crack at it... My b.
