AutoExpand images doesn't work

In the description it says it auto expands images, it doens't seem to do so, or for any media.

These are my options –

Results are in the attached screenshot. If the commentsAtBottom_autoLoad is set to load all media, why doesn't it do this?

I have RES 5.2.2 for Firefox installed if this helps.
