Google Sheets and Google Docs can now set lang from JavaScript console / Dev Tools (at window.langAttrSetter.setPath()).

Perhaps only top-level `` element needs to be injected `lang="ja-JP"`

Youglish doesn't need to force "ja-JP", if lang is not Japanese.

Remove websites that should already work without.

Youglish fix for Chinese.
