The script works both for the anime/manga synonyms below the anime/manga image and also works on the Related Animes/Mangas section on the page.
Looking at the Related Animes of the anime Steins;Gate:
By default it's like this
Alternative setting: ChäoS;HEAd, Robotics;Notes, ChäoS;Child, Occultic;Nine
But the script orders them adding line breaks between each anime/manga title, so it becomes better readable like this;
Alternative setting: ChäoS;HEAd
Robotics;Notes
ChäoS;Child
Occultic;Nine
The script makes it easier to see what the correct alternative titles are at first glance, specially if the anime/manga title itself has commas in it!
